Consistency:
· Our instructors follow the same programs for classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction. We conduct instructor meetings regularly to share training concepts, new material, discuss challenges instructors experience and ways to resolve those challenges. Meetings ensure our instructors have the opportunity to improve their teaching skills and are kept up-to-date with leading edge information.
Enthusiasm:
· Our instructors' credentials reflect an experienced and knowledgeable team. What is not reflected in our instructors' credentials is the enthusiasm of that team. We all enjoy working with teens and do our best to make the lessons interesting and fruitful.
