Teens Apply & Pay Online

There are three ways you can register and pay for a class!
(Prices are listed on "Registration Form" and "Online Payment" below:)

1. By Mail, Email or Fax. Use this fill-able registration form: Registration Form

   * When registering by mail or fax please Send Us An Email with:
      a. Student's Name
      b. First Choice Class Number
      c. What the Student Signed up for: Classroom Only; Behind-The-Wheel only or
          Classroom/Behind-The-Wheel Combination.
      d. Student's residence address.

2. At the classroom with a credit card on the first session attended. Use this fill-able
registration form: Registration Form. Hand carry the registration and credit card to class.
Walk-in students are accepted on a space available basis.

3. Register and pay online! Complete everything below:
     a. Read the Parent/Guardian agreement
     b. Pay via PayPal
     c. Complete the Online Teen Registration at the bottom

Parent/Guardian please read this in entirety before submitting your electronic signature below:

We recommend the teen be at least fourteen and a half (14-1/2) years old to register for driver education.

1. Attendance: The student must successfully complete all 10 classroom sessions. The student can attend sessions 1 through 10 in any order. No refund shall be given for any student that does not successfully complete the 30 hour course.

2. Student Conduct: Students are required to wear dry clothing and footwear. While on the property students shall not smoke, use profanity, be disruptive, loiter in any area leading to access of other businesses in the building, verbally fight, or argue with another student in class. A violation of any of these rules can result in the student being rejected from class for the day.

3. Expulsion from Driving School: More than one violation can result in expulsion. Falsification of information on any records, or a physical fight will result in immediate expulsion. No refund shall be given for any expelled student. An expelled student is restricted from signing up for any Accurate Driving LLC and any Accurate Driving LLC associated classes in the future.

4. BTW Lessons: The student is required to:

a. Wear footwear with a heel of no more than 1 inch

b. Have their driving permit on their person

c. If an "A" restriction is on the permit, have their corrective lenses on their person

d. Manage to keep long hair from their vision

6. Replacement certificates cost $50.00 each. To receive a replacement certificate go to: www.accuratedriving.com, print a certificate replacement form and mail it in with payment. Mail the form to the BTW or DE Classroom instructor who issued the original certificate.
